John Travolta has been sued by a masseur, who claims the actor tried to have sex with him during a session.

According to the lawsuit, Travolta saw the masseur's ad online, and scheduled an appointment for $200 an hour. The masseur did not know it was Travolta when the appointment was booked, but followed instructions and met up with a black Lexus SUV, which Travolta was driving.

According to the suit, Travolta and the masseur, who says he saw Trojan condoms in the center console, drove to the Beverly Hills Hotel and went to Travolta's bungalow.

The suit claims Travolta stripped naked, appearing semi-erect. The masseur says he told Travolta to lay down on the table and the first hour went without incident. Then, according to legal docs, Travolta began rubbing the masseur's leg, touched his scrotum and the shaft of his penis.

The masseur claims he told Travolta he did not have sex with his clients, but Travolta was undeterred, offering to do a "reverse massage," adding, "Come on dude, I'll jerk you off!!!"

The suit goes on to allege Travolta then masturbated and told the masseur he got to where he was "due to sexual favors he had performed when he was in his 'Welcome Back Kotter' days," adding "Hollywood is controlled by homosexual Jewish men who expect favors in return for sexual activity."

The masseur -- who is only listed as John Doe -- claims Travolta called him a loser, but then doubled the hourly rate and sent him on his way.

The suit seeks $2 million plus punitive damages.

It is being reported Junior Seau committed suicide, read the story below from Fox Sports

Former NFL star Junior Seau was found dead from a self-inflicted gunshot wound at his home near San Diego on Wednesday, according to two reports that cited multiple law enforcement sources.

Oceanside Mayor Jim Wood told the North County Times he learned of Seau's death from police chief Frank McCoy. The Times and TMZ reported that Seau, 43, was found dead by a housekeeper with a gunshot wound to his chest.

"He was a local hero — he certainly gave back to the community and to the youth through his Junior Seau Foundation," Wood told the North County Times. "Our thoughts and prayers go out to his family and friends."

The San Diego Union-Tribune reported that police responded to reports of a shooting at Seau's Oceanside, Calif., home. A 911 call reporting a possible suicide was made to police at 10 a.m. local time, a dispatcher said, according to the paper.

"Everyone at the Chargers is in complete shock and disbelief right now," the San Diego Chargers said in a statement. "We ask everyone to stop what they’re doing and send their prayers to Junior and his family.”

Girl Takes cardboard Cut Out of Tebow to Prom

When Kingsley-Pierson (Iowa) High senior Rachel Bird reached out to Tim Tebow about having the quarterback serve as her prom date, the newly minted Jets passer never responded on Twitter. While that might have ended most teens' pursuit of the playmaker, it just got Bird's creative juices flowing.

Eventually, Bird did arrive at prom with Tebow in a suit, it was just that the Tebow she showed up with was made out of cardboard, and he provided a perfect partner for her walk down her school's annual prom grand march.

As first reported by the Sioux City Journal -- and quickly followed by the likes of the Des Moines Register and Sportress of Blogitude, among other outlets -- Bird's quest to take Tebow to prom began when Bird's Kingsley-Pierson classmate, Travis Neumann, told her that he'd happily pay $50 if she could walk into the school's prom with Tebow. Spurred by the challenge, Bird reached out to Tebow on Twitter and tried to track him down through his agent and the Jets.

When she heard nothing back, Bird got a bright idea. She found a photo of Tebow in a suit, took it to a Staples store and learned that the store was planning a sale on giant color photos like the one she wanted made of Tebow; in late April, she could have a life-size Tebow photo created for just $19.99.

Armed with $20 and a keen sense of humor, Bird had the photo made, then fished a piece of cardboard from the trash behind a local hardware store and glued the photo to the cardboard, creating custom-made supports of wood to ensure the fake Tebow would stand upright all night.

Days later, she showed up at her friend's house with her date and immediately became the hit of the Kingsley-Pierson prom.

"It was awkward, but people asked me to stop for photos during the grand march," Bird told the Journal. "Believe me, this isn't something I ever thought I'd be doing.

"He was a cheap date, and he didn't talk much. And when I asked him to stand in a corner, he did. I don't think it even hurt his feelings."

As for Bird, the Tebow move was just the latest unique step for a senior who has defied traditional roles in her school across recent years. The Journal reported that as a senior, Bird played on her school's varsity girls basketball team but was also a cheerleader for the boys team. She was also a varsity volleyball star and golfer throughout high school, and is undoubtedly the biggest Tebow fan in Kingsley.

That much was evident from her only regret from the prom.

"I should have made a dress out of Jets jerseys," she said. "But I didn't have time."

"We wanted her to have fun with her friends and have a nice memory — and it's definitely something people will remember for years," Carol Bird told the Register. "She's not usually outgoing like this. She really came out of her shell for this one."

BCS Recommends a Four Team Playoff

From CBSSports.com

The reality of a college football playoff got another step closer Thursday when the BCS announced it was recommending a four-team playoff beginning in 2014. Commissioners, Notre Dame statement reported Tuesday that a four-team playoff was the most likely model.

"We will continue to meet and review the exact structure for what a new postseason could look like," BCS executive director Bill Hancock said. "We are making substantial progress. We will present to our conferences a very small number of four-team options, each of which could be carried out in a number of ways."

The proposed playoff models, not specified by the BCS, likely will include:

• A four-team playoff with the semifinals and final rotated among the existing BCS bowl games (Sugar, Fiesta, Orange and Rose).

• A four-team playoff with the semifinals rotated among the existing BCS bowl games with the final held at a neutral site. The site of the final would be determined by a bid process, similar to how the Super Bowl is awarded.

• A four-team playoff with the semifinals and final held at either the existing BCS bowl game sites or neutral sites, determined by a bid process.

• A four-team playoff with the semifinals held on campus and the final held at either an existing BCS bowl game site or neutral site.

The BCS also announced there will no longer be automatic qualifier and non-AQ conferences, but the power leagues (ACC, Big Ten, Big 12, Pac-12 and SEC) likely will still earn more revenue than other leagues. A big unknown is whether the Big East will still be compensated as an AQ conference.

The options, which the conferences will present to their individual schools, must ultimately be approved by the NCAA Presidential Oversight Committee. Bill Hancock said he hopes to have that to the committee by July 4.

There are still several factors that must be determined, including whether the four teams will be the top four ranked teams or whether they must be conference champions.

SEC commissioner Mike Slive favors the top four ranked teams being in the playoff, while Pac-12 commissioner Larry Scott favors the model involving conference champions only.

Also what kind of ranking system will be used must be determined. Do they stick with the current BCS standings formula (coaches and Harris polls and computer rankings) or come up with something else, such as a selection committee?

"How to select the teams is still pending," Hancock said.

Also, the proposals did not indicate how the revenue of the new media rights deal, which has been projected to be worth at least $350 million would be divided up.

"Having carefully reviewed calendars and schedules, we believe that either an 8-team or a 16-team playoff would diminish the regular season and harm the bowls," Hancock said. "Accordingly, as we proceed to review our options for improving the post-season, we have taken off the table both an 8-team and a 16-team playoff."

Hancock also said they were not presenting to the conferences a plus-one model, leaving only the four-team playoff models.

The new playoff format would start after the 2014 regular season and would replace the current BCS model that pairs the No. 1 and 2 ranked teams in a bowl game.

A champion South African bodyboarder was killed by a 13-foot-long great white shark off the coast of South Africa.

According to the Cape Times, the attack occurred Thursday afternoon off of Gordons Bay, a popular surfing destination located about 55 miles east of Cape Town.

David Lilienfeld, 20, was killed after the shark severed his right leg below the hip. Lilienfeld's younger brother, Gustav, had attempted to fend off the shark with his board.

The shark lunged at David Lilienfeld twice before returning for the fatal attack. Gustav, who was not injured, rushed his brother back to shore on his board, but David had lost too much blood by the time rescuers reached him.

"This was his life, and he died doing what he loved," his father, Dirk, said at the scene.

One witness insisted the tragedy was not simply a random act, but a consequence of chumming done in the area for the filming of the documentary "Shark Men," which appears on the National Geographic Channel.

Following Lilienfeld's death, Cape Town environmental officials pulled the film crew's research permit, but they refused to say the chumming was a factor in the attack.

"There is no evidence or any logical reasoning to link the two, but the national government department that was responsible for that program felt an immense amount of pressure, and as result of that pressure they felt it was just better not to continue with the tagging of the white sharks," Gregg Oelofse, head of Cape Town's environmental policy unit told Bloomberg.

"Shark Men" features anglers and scientists capturing and tagging sharks, but the show has not yet been renewed for another season by the network, which maintained it was not involved in the filming.

Chumming is also done in the area by cage-diving operators who offer shark-watching trips for tourists. According to Bloomberg, cage-diving operators said shark activity in the area was normal at the time of the attack.

Lilienfeld competed on the South African team at the International Surfing Association Bodyboarding Championships last year in the Canary Islands
